1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) establishes the rules for using the Nubiotica.kz site (hereinafter — the Site). By using the Site, submitting forms, or participating in promotions, the User confirms their full agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

The Owner of the Site is LLP "TWIGA TRADE" (BIN: 250840024899, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty) (hereinafter — the Owner).

2. Informational Nature of the Site

All information presented on the Site, including product descriptions, properties, and usage recommendations, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

The products presented on the Site are dietary supplements (superfoods) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any diseases.

The Site does not directly sell goods. The "Buy" buttons redirect the User to third-party platforms (marketplaces Wildberries, Ozon), which have their own rules for purchasing, payment, and returning goods. The Site Owner is not responsible for any failures in the operation of third-party platforms.

3. Rules for Participation in the Referral Program ("Nubiotica Friends")

The Site may implement the opportunity to participate in the "Share with a friend" promotion (Referral program), under which the User can receive a reward (a coupon or promo code for 2000 ₸) for a recommendation.

Participation in the program is governed by the following rules:

Limit: One User has the right to receive a reward only once for themselves and one unique friend. Mass mailing to oneself at different mailboxes is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition of abuse: The use of automated scripts, bots, temporary (disposable) email addresses, and other ways of deceiving the system (fraud) is prohibited.
Coupon usage conditions: The method, activation periods, and platform for applying the received coupon (promo code) are specified in the email sent to the User. The coupon cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
Owner's Rights: The Owner reserves the right to unilaterally cancel sent coupons, block the User's email, and refuse to provide a discount without explanation if abuse or violation of these rules is detected.
The Owner has the right to end or change the conditions of the Referral program at any time without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials posted on the Site (texts, images, logos, design) are the property of the Owner. Any copying, reproduction, or use of materials without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. Changes to the Agreement Terms

The Site Owner reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page.
