1. General Provisions
This document defines the procedure for storing and protecting personal data of Nubiotica.kz users.

Collected data is stored and processed strictly to fulfill the following purposes:
- Processing incoming applications, requests, and inquiries;
- Communication with users (consulting, technical support);
- Informing about products, order statuses, or pre-orders.
4. Storage and Protection Conditions
Personal data is stored exclusively in electronic form on secure servers in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Operator takes a set of legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
5. Access to Data

7. Data Deletion
If the processing purposes are achieved or upon a written request from the user (revocation of consent), personal data is subject to immediate destruction (deletion) from the Operator's databases.
